The plant is owned by Saeta Yield S.A. (\u201cSaeta Yield\u201d) and is located in Alc\u00e1zar de San Juan, Ciudad Real.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Madrid-based Saeta Yield manages a portfolio of 936.5 MW of wind, photovoltaic and solar thermal assets in Spain, as well as 95 MW and 144 MW of wind assets in Uruguay and Portugal, respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The WFW team that advised on the operation was led by the financial area partner, Rodrigo Berasategui, with the collaboration of senior associate Jacobo Hermidas and associates Ant\u00f3n Ramil and Arancha Ruesta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rodrigo Berasategui assures: \u00abWe celebrate having advised Saeta Yield, once again, in the optimization of its debt and in the effective use of the current liquidity of the Spanish financial markets.
