Compliance Committee and Ethics Channel

Saelta Yield has a Compliance Committee as an independent body, which has sufficient authority and responsibility to supervise compliance with the Compliance Model.

Compliance Policies and Codes

As a core element of the Compliance Program, Saeta Yield has developed a set of Policies and Codes that formally compile the behavioral guidelines to be followed by Saeta Yield staff as well as the existing restrictions on important subjects such as Anti-Corruption and Trade Sanctions.
