This policy (the “Politic”) is intended to (i) prevent Saeta Yield members from violating the prohibitions against insider trading, whether intentionally or unintentionally, and (ii) prevent Saeta Yield members from engaging in securities trading that , even if not illegal, exposes them or the Organization to potential reputational risk.

This Policy applies to all directors, officers and employees, meaning all members of the Brookfield Renewable Partners LP organization and all of its controlled subsidiaries (the “Organization”).
