Madrid-based Saeta Yield manages a portfolio of 936.5 MW of wind, photovoltaic and solar thermal assets in Spain, as well as 95 MW and 144 MW of wind assets in Uruguay and Portugal, respectively.

The WFW team that advised on the operation was led by the financial area partner, Rodrigo Berasategui, with the collaboration of senior associate Jacobo Hermidas and associates Antón Ramil and Arancha Ruesta.

Rodrigo Berasategui assures: «We celebrate having advised Saeta Yield, once again, in the optimization of its debt and in the effective use of the current liquidity of the Spanish financial markets. This transaction strengthens WFW's reputation as one of the leading law firms advising on the financing of solar thermal projects."
